[vdr] softdevice + 'mickey-mouse voices'

hi, found a temporal solution for mickey mouse voices by changing  
'audioOut->SetParams(2,48000);' in 'mpeg2decoder.c' to 
'audioOut->SetParams(1,48000);', this makes the sound in the channels that 
haven't the mickey problem to be slowed down, but i compiled 2 softdevices by 
making a copy of the dir to softdevice2 and changing in the Makefile 'PLUGIN 
= softdevice2' and renaming softdevice.c to softdevice2.c, then i can start 
vdr with -P softdevice or -P softdevice2 in order to see one or other type of 
channels.
