[vdr] Astra-28.2E horizontal polorization tuning problem with Hauppauge Nexus DVB-S

Hello all,

I am having a problem directly tuning to horizontal polarization channels on
Astra-28.2E.
If I try to tune to one of them, I just get a blank screen unless I first
pass by
a vertical polarization channel on Astra 28-E.  It's like priming a pump....

My set-up also includes Hotbird-13.0E (set as DiSeqC position 0) and
Astra-19.2E (DiSeqC 1);
I don't encounter any problem tuning any channels on Hotbird or Astra 19.2.

My channel.conf includes these problematic listings:

If I use the szap app, I can tune directly to the horizontal
polarization channels without any problem.

I have verified the problem using both VDR 1.2.6 & 1.3.1.  I am running
Fedora Core kernel-2.4.22-1.2149.nptl.  I have tried
LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.1 but it does not seem to make a difference.
HW is Hauppauge Nexus DVB-S

Does anyone have an idea of what I've got wrong?
