Hello vdr users,

after an ugly release rc1 this version looks more promissing to make it to a 
real release, thanks for you patience and the feedback.

fixes include:

- generation of background image on demand using netpbm tools
- cleanup in some scripts
- removal of debian stuff
- minor fixes in the code
