[vdr] TS continuity errors

I'm using a TT-Sat rev.1.5 on a Duron 900 board with Root-FS mounted via NFS.
During the last few weeks there are lots of TS continuity errors in my log file.
I checked everything I could think of that may cause this.
Cabling to the antenna is fine. Bit-Error-Rate is 0. SNR is at 80%.

During the time the error occured last, I was using vdr-1.3.5. But it also happend with 1.2.6. Both vanilla and with ElchiAIO4d.
The only thing I can think of that is left is the CI, since the entire TS is routed through it for decryption.
If it is caused by the CI then why does it only happen on encrypted channels and not on Free-to-Air ones (TS is still routed through it...)?

Any ideas on how to solve or even debug this problem were great.

Thanx in advance,
André.
