I'm mainly interested in DVB subtitles. Even though I think my English is
somewhat adequate, I sometimes switch on subtitles even on BBC (e.g. when
they speak sith a strong accent). I also do it on channels where I don't
speak/understand the labguage that well (e.g. Italian).

And I just checked - I could find channels with subtitles in 4 languages
(and all actually active).
