My VDR spins down it disks, but I will not power it down because it
also acts like a fileserver. And because VDR is all the time running
so I think LNB power is on (because my other sat receiver doesn't
work correctly). And I power down the other satellite receiver..

Quick solution is money, buy "automatic priority switch". But I though
why not VDR cannot power down unused DVB-S components.
