OK I have checked and with VDR running the tuner is not locking to the
channel.

I think that the problem is that I have a diseqc 1.0 device and I don't
have a correct diseqc.conf file for astra2D

I tried running the diseqc app but don't understand how to change the
result into a readable file.

Does anyone have a diseqc file for astra 28.2E?
