The channels you want are all available FTA but only on analogue (5.0w &
13e).  If you want them on digital platform (eg 19.2e) you would need
some form of CA system.

Arte (France) - Atlantic Bird 3 (5.0W) - 12606.00 V - SECAM
TF 1 - Atlantic Bird 3 (5.0W) - 12690.00 V - SECAM
France 2 - Atlantic Bird 3 (5.0W) - 12564.00 V - SECAM
France 3 - Atlantic Bird 3 (5.0W) - 12732.00 V - SECAM
France 5 - Atlantic Bird 3 (5.0W) - 12606.00 V - SECAM
M6 - Atlantic Bird 3 (5.0W) - 12522.00 V - SECAM

Take a look at www.kingofsat.net, you can search for channels by
language, country, platform, encryption type etc...
