[vdr] graphical errors when using LiveAC3
Hi folks,
I've got strange graphical errors when I activate LiveAC3. But first
some words about my system:
- TT FF DVB-S 1.6 on an Epia-800 Board
- debian testing with selfcompiled Linux 2.4.25
- selfcompiled vdr-1.2.6 with Komplettpatch from vdr-portal
- several plugins
- fbtv to watch TV
Everything works fine basicly, I can watch all programs fine, sound (via
SPDIF coaxial) is also fine. But when I activate LiveAC3, channels which
come along with DD (e.g. Sat.1, Pro7, ZDF, ...) produce graphical errors
if there are a lot of fast light/dark changes, fast moving and so on.
There are no MPEG artefacts (just like ES/PES errors), but an
undefinable "grizzeling". Same problem when I watch DVDs. If I
deactivate LiveAC3, everything works quite fine, the picture is nearly
perfect.
What I tried up to now:
- vdr 1.3.6 with LiveAC3 Patch, without anything else
- linux 2.4.25 with preemtive patch (suggestion from vdr-portal)
- playing around with several BIOS settings
- swearing
Thanks for your help,
Floh
ps: Sorry for my bad english!!
