Sure, but I think Klaus has already answered that part. And why should VDR 
rewrite the PTS in the PES Headers? Then VDR would have to cope with 
overflows. For the purpose of recording and replaying this is not necessary. 
So I would think the program that tries to extract/convert/etc a recording 
should do the job.
