[vdr] Bogus channels

Just installed motor to my dish, works.
Some annoying behaviour observed, assuming that rotating the dish
from 28.2E to 5.0E, autoscan then picks up channels on-the-fly
from 19.2E and 13.0E and stuffs them to channels.conf as originating
from 5.0E.
Could 'channel.Source' be added as conditional for adding a channel
to channels.conf.
