[vdr] ANNOUNCE: mplayer.sh version 0.8.5

This release mainly improves the replay of NTSC material on PAL-only TV
sets.

As usual you can get it from http://batleth.sapienti-sat.org/projects/VDR/

So if your TV set cannot show NTSC material, do the following:
set NTSC="false" and USE_SPEED="true"

Thanks to Martin Hoffmann for his initial patch and Patrick Cernko, who
send me another idea to achieve a better playback of NTSC stuff.
