[vdr] transfron slowness

I'm using transfron plugin, it works but very slowly, about 3 fps for an 
xvid(lame) file when vdrconvert goes at 12 fps with the same file.
I'm using a epia M10000 and transcode 0.6.12 with vdr 1.2.6 and transfron 
plugin 0.3.2.
Any suggestions?
