[vdr] Timers and channel retuning causing vdr to shutdown

Hello,

I have a problem with vdr-1.3.11 where it will shutdown with an emergency
exit if it switches to a channel (using a timer) and that channel requires
"retuning".  For example, If I start vdr and stay on channel 100, then set a
timer to record a show on channel 200, vdr will crash when it switches over
to channel 200 (because it has not been "retuned").  But, If I start vdr and
change to channel 200, then set a timer to record channel 200, then switch
back to channel 100, vdr will record fine when it switches back to channel
200.
