So cpu speed should not be an issue. My box is running a 2.2GHz P4
with kernel 2.4.27-pre5, linuxtv-dvb-1.1.1 and hauppauge DVB-T card.

Do these problems disappear after a while (30 secs) ?

I tried vdr-1.3.11 and have no such problems with xv-out and directfb-out.
At program switches to different channels I get those ac-tex.. messgages too,
but I think they are driver related.

With Suse 9.0 default driver+kernel, there
were no such messages and program switches were faster
(if I remember that correct).

Someone is not reading fast enough.
