Hmm. That's unusual: your MUA has put the HTML duplicate _before_ the plain
text version, which breaks things here: the first part which my MUA finds
which is displayable as raw text is the HTML part, so it displays that
despite the second part being text/plain. (This is a bug in *my* MUA, but
even so, there's still a problem if you're expecting that selecting the plain
text option will prevent duplication in HTML. And HTML in mail is something
which I'd quite like to see dragged outside and shot. Repeatedly.)

BTW, your MUA is breaking threading by omitting the In-Reply-To header and
the References header. These headers are very useful for mailing lists...

I suggest that you complain to your webmail provider.
