I've got it.
It's a Suse-Problem.
The scripts used by Suse are starting vdr with /etc/init.d/vdr .
In this script, runvdr is called.

The Process-List shows the following list:

So the user vdr seems _not_ to have permission to use plughw:0,0.

vdr -p softdevice works well ! (as root)
