Take a look at AutoCutter :)

I am using that patch previously posted as an External Cutter in my
AutoCutter Script. 

AutoCutter can run NoAD on a recording and then cut it afterwards. It
uses a queue for Cutting recordings so it should be no problem
configuring that the Queue is on the faster server and it does the
cutting ;)

NOTE !!!
If you are using NTPL you will need to add the "LD_ASSUME line somewhere
in the autocutter.sh script otherwise vdrcutter2 will not exit after
cutting ! Next version will have this included.
