With one connection to a satelite, you could fetch a whole TS (some
cards have some limitations, but all I know can at least reccord
simultaneously 3 channels on same transponder). If you want to reccord
two channels that are not on the same transponder, then you need two
coeection to the sat (two LNB).

Regarding CA, I am not sure if a CAM can decode simultaneously multiples
channels at the same time ?
