[linux-dvb] Question about Pinnacle Systems PCTV Sat CI

I have such card Pinnacle Systems PCTV Sat CI. Now it works under windows, 
but i want to setup linux.
1. Is present Linux driver for this card.
If present next question:
2. Is it posible to take stream from one transponder (decode by CI all 
encoded chanels inside of this TS) and send (decoded) stream to user space 
program?
