[linux-dvb] stv0299.c broken?

Hello,

i installed the latest CVS-drivers (stv0299.c Rev 1.69).

Then I got this errors in vdr: vdr[9208]: ERROR: device x has no lock, can't 
attach receiver!

I downloaded stv0299.c Rev 1.68, compiled the driver and now everything is 
fine again.

I have two cards with this frontend: one budget, one full featured. The error 
occurred with both cards.
