[linux-dvb] Bug in audio ioctl of av7110!

Hi,

    in av7110_av.c within dvb_audio_ioctl() there is a bug
for the ioctl AUDIO_CONTINUE.  The audcommand should be
changed to

          audcom(av7110, AUDIO_CMD_UNMUTE | AUDIO_CMD_PCM16);

this because the firmware 0x261e will not automatically unmute
anymore in Audio only playback but stay in mute after the ioctl
AUDIO_PAUSE.
