[linux-dvb] Install WinTV Nova-S-Plus

Hi,
I forgot that actually touching a running system IS bad and tryied to 
recompile from fresh cvs but it won't compile. v4l without dvb compiles.

(Both dvb and v4l are unpathed)

Another question, get get my card working again, is it enough to patch 
with Steves dvb-novasplus.patch, because all the other patches seems to 
be applied already.
And touching a running system is really, really bad.
