[linux-dvb] Recording from the AV channel?

[Q]

Hi, I have a saa7134 based card with AV inputs. Is it possible to record from the AV input channel on these cards?

I ask as it would solve a huge problem capturing video from my Digital Video Camera in Linux if I could get AV in (and preferably AV out) to work too.
