[linux-dvb] make "eats" all memory

Same issue here.

Changing the following lines in v4l/Makefile workaround the issue :

-Makefile.media:: .version
+Makefile.media::

However make sure you have v4l/.version before building.
You can recreate it with make .version at anytime.
