[linux-dvb] KNC-1 DVB-C CI not working

hello andrew, all

i got here a bunch of servers with KNC-1 DVB-C (TDA10021) cards. all 
working fine except the CI. :-/

i tried the latest hg version of the driver. mostly, the CAM gets 
detected:

 	budget-av: cam inserted A
 	budget-av: cam inserted A
 	dvb_ca adapter 0: DVB CAM detected and initialised successfully
 	dvb_ca adapter 1: DVB CAM detected and initialised successfully

but it's not possible to talk to the CAM. the DVB-S versions of the KNC-1 
+ CI are working fine. the CAMs i use, are cryptoworks.
