[linux-dvb] Module cx22702 doesn't get autoloaded for cx88-dvb

With the latest mercurial source, cx88-dvb fails to load with the 
following error left in dmesg:

DVB: Unable to find symbol cx22702_attach()

Manually loading cx22702.ko before atempting to load cx88-dvb fixes the 
problem.

This never happened previously with vanilla kernel source 2.6.19.1, 
cx22702 gets autoloaded just fine !
