[linux-dvb] nova-s plus can't tune to high-band with isl6421, disabling isl6421 and all tunes fine

Hi,

my DMA timeout problems on the Hauppauge Nova-S Plus were solved some
days ago with some commit (I can now run dvbtraffic without loosing
the stream), but my card couldn't tune to the high band.. After I've
forced the cx24123.c in cx24123_set_tone to always use the cx24123 for
highband-switching, tuning works fine.

What's still not working is scanning...

... and LOCK - now I run a dvbscan on the tuned transponder

the reported frequency is not where we tuned... And I doubt it's from
the zigzag-scan - it's too far of.

But that's not a problem. I can tune to any transponder and even watch
the HDTV-promo-channel on Astra 12168V.
