[linux-dvb] [patch] Terratec Cinergy HT PCMCIA

Hi, folks

This patch hopefully makes the module work.
It assumes the board does not support FM radio
and applies to my personal repository.

Please test whatever you can:
- DVB-T
- analog TV
- CVBS and S-VIDEO input

Please note that this does not include the changes
for the alsa driver i mentioned. You will still need
to set the sound recording source manually.
