[linux-dvb] Patch for Kernel 2.6.19-rc6

The following patch synchronizes the Documentation bt8xx.txt with the current graphical kernel compilation menu.
Notes for Mauro:
If you think another security warning is missing feel free to add one. I do not have any idea what to write down as I think your argumentation is at least sometimes completely absurd, if not to say: penetrating.
Then please sign it off and push it, OK?
