The Hauppauge Nova-T 500 is a low profile dual tuner card though it 
comes without low profile bracket.
I'm not sure if I can recommend the card. It has a nasty issue. The 
Kernel sees the device ocasionally disconncting from the internal usb. 
Both kernel and handle it well.
