WARNING: got one to test today: crashes every 2.6 kernel on debian in
bttv: subsystem *GENERIC/UNKNOWN* [autodetected, card0], stops boot.

pcb id is DK 5701 i-tek sphere pci V1.0 B02

device consists of:

sharp (W) 5N24 AC tuner (looks like unknown integrated dvb-s demod, 
part can not be disassembled without soldering) 

M0542 DVBWORLD001-1 chip

conexant 878A 25878-13 pci bridge
