Hi,
I have the above card installed and working under SuSe 10.1 ( linux
2.6.16.21-0.13-smp). Both analogue and digital are working with only
one or two minor issues, but they can wait another day.

At the moment though, I would like to get the remote working, and was
wondering if anybody has succeeded.

I have edited saa7134-cards.c to include a remote definition as

	case SAA7134_BOARD_FLYDVBTDUO:
        case SAA7134_BOARD_TEVION_DVBT_220RF:
		dev->has_remote = SAA7134_REMOTE_GPIO;

and saa7134-input.c

	case SAA7134_BOARD_TEVION_DVBT_220RF:
		ir_codes     = ir_codes_flydvb;
		mask_keycode = 0x0;
		mask_keydown = 0x0;
		break;

When I modprobe saa7134 dmesg reports

saa7133[0]: found at 0000:03:0b.0, rev: 208, irq: 177, latency: 32,
mmio: 0xfb126000
saa7133[0]: subsystem: 17de:7201, board: Tevion/KWorld DVB-T 220RF
[card=88,autodetected]
saa7133[0]: board init: gpio is 100
input: saa7134 IR (Tevion/KWorld DVB-T as /class/input/input1

And cat /proc/bus/input/devices shows

I: Bus=0001 Vendor=17de Product=7201 Version=0001
N: Name="saa7134 IR (Tevion/KWorld DVB-T"
P: Phys=pci-0000:03:0b.0/ir0
S: Sysfs=/class/input/input1
H: Handlers=kbd event1
B: EV=100003
B: KEY=108c0006 390000 0 0 0 0 0 90 c0000003 9e0000 0 0 10000ffc

I have followed the instructions shown here
http://www.linuxtv.org/v4lwiki/index.php/Remote_controllers and
everything goes well (as shown above) until I get to the part using
irrecord at which point I get no response and an error

linux:/home/allen # irrecord -H dev/input \
-d /dev/input/event1 /tmp/my-remote
<snip>
Hold down an arbitrary button.
irrecord: gap not found, can't continue
irrecord: closing '/dev/input/event1'

I am not sure if what I am doing is right, or not. I have tested under
windows and the remote/receiver/batteries are working fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

And thank you to everybodu who has contributed to linuxtv so far. Your
hard work is very much appreciated.

Cheers,

Allen
