Hello,
I'm using an AverMedia Volar USB2 DVB-T receiver. When scanning some
frequencies where there are channels, it can lock the signal but then it
times out instead of tuning successfully.
Here is an example:
$ lsusb|grep AVer
Bus 005 Device 004: ID 07ca:b808 AVerMedia Technologies, Inc.
$ cat scantest
# There are channels here
T 594000000 8MHz 2/3 2/3 QAM64 8k 1/32 NONE
# There are no channels here
T 203500000 8MHz 2/3 2/3 QAM64 8k 1/4 NONE
# There are channels here but tuning times out
T 203500000 7MHz 2/3 2/3 QAM64 8k 1/32 NONE
$ scan -5 scantest 2>&1 | ts

Is there a way I can get those channels that time out? I feel like I
should be able to: I can currently only tune into some minor channels
and not into the major ones like the RAI national broadcaster.
Ciao,
Enrico
