[linux-dvb] Starbox II Working

I've gotten my starbox II (vp7021a) 100% working by uncommenting the 
commented out parts in the DiSEqC protion of vp702x-fe.c and using a 
firmware I found on google (dvb-usb-vp702x-02.fw).  The page I got it 
from is no longer responding, and I can provide the firmware to anyone 
who wants to do testing, but I just wanted to report that it is working.
