[linux-dvb] [PATCH] Fix Hauppauge Nova-T 500 USB disconnects

There is hotplug support, atleast my disconnects doesn´t kill my machine,
mythtvbackend needs a restart though. Before the hotplug support  I where
lucky if my guardian script where able to reboot the machine before it hang.
