You really have a signal ? The frequency also seems quite a bit high 
(although still in the spectrum) But the demodulator seems to think 
that there is no signal at all. 

Maybe too much attenuation at that frequency due to cable and or 
other larger capacitive reactance lumped, probably ? (in case such 
a frequency exists, wild guesses ....)

Trying to guess why the demodulator thinks, no signal ...
