[linux-dvb] Decoding MTC312c or ZL10313 out put in linuxtv

Hi, 
  I would like to interface the channel decoder ICs like MTC312C and ZL10313 available in FTA set top box to the PC and decode the Mpeg2 TS(taping the sigble from the bus). Is it possible do with linuxtv? Can you outline how to do?. I couldn’t get anything from the available documents.
