I downloaded the latest v4l-dvb and this patch (which contains a patch to 
cx88-mpeg.c that wasn't in the patch I had), applied it and got the following 
error trying to build.

I've looked for something obvious but nothing jump out at me
I'm using kubuntu 8.04 x86_64 with gcc 4.2.3 and fresh kernel.org 2.6.26
