[linux-dvb] Eb/No Question

Are there any Linux utilities available to get/calculate Eb/No or Es/No
on the Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-HD-S2? We currently use femon to monitor
signal strength, snr, uncorrected blocks, etc but would like to monitor
Eb/No, Es/No, and signal strength in dbm.
