[linux-dvb] status of BaluTV / Digitelmo1 / Moditel1 driver?

Want to use driver balutv_cs for moditel 1 it is 2011 and i think the  
driver now maybe done. but i don´t find the Driver od the man where made  
this driver. So please help me to contact this man. because i know he was  
in your system. but i´m german and i don`t understand your mail system
