[vdr] no sound with DXR3

Hi

I had the same problem some time ago. Ensure you have a recent libavcodec, 
the /usr/include/avcodec.h fits to your libavcodec.so and in the dxr3-plugin 
Makefile you have the correct path to your FFMpeg directory. Then it should 
work.
