[vdr] collecting some Information for developing VDR Plugins with KDevelop

Hello
I have written some informations for developing a VDR-Plugin with KDevelop.
I think the most Plugin-developers develops the Plugin with KDevelop.
So I have written a small howto.  It is not complete, so I want your 
help :-)

Maybe somebody knows some good Information .....

At the moment the howto is only written in german :-(
