[vdr] [Announce] LNB-sharing patch for VDR 1.3.36

Hello!

A new release of the configurable LNB-sharing patch for VDR 1.3 is
available at:
http://xn--ltzke-jua.de/dvb/VDR_LNB_sharing_patch/configurableLNBshare-VDR_1.3.36.patch

Changes:
- fixed a bug where Device->SwitchChannel() with LiveView == false was
  not handled the right way in all cases
- adapted to VDR 1.3.36
