[vdr] A more none tech german translation

Hello,

Here is a second try, with german translation for version 1.3.47,
for less native english terms.

Many terms based on suggestions from vdr-portal ...

Now I understand, some terms can't modified, 
that this terms are 100% self-describing. 
The screen area is simply too limited.
