[vdr] [ANNOUNCE] DithernDemo 0.0.3

Hello
This is the third Version of my dithernDemo Plugin.
It is only a Demo for Developers, so there is no use for VDR users.

This Demo was based on my dithernPatch for VDR, but it also works 
without this patch.
The Demo shows how a developer can mix colors. In some cases you can 
only use 4 or 8 Colors, so I will show you how to mix this Colors up to 
16 or 64 Colors.
Not all Colors are useful but some are nice.

Install this Demo like every other Plugin.

You can't change the number of colors at runtime (sorry just a demo)
The number of the base colors are defined by static const int COLORS = 
8; in dithern.c
You can use 2 upto MAXCOLORS Colors. More then 64 are untested and will 
only work with the xine or softdevice Plugin. The first 16 Colors are 
defined by values. More the 16 colors will be randomize colors.

In this Version it is possible to show a gradient. Switch to "Curses 
Mode" to show it.

OK will toggle to curses/dithern mode.
If you are in the DithernMode, you can change the BaseColors by pressing 
the Keys 1..9
If you are in the CourseMode you can change the Colors by pressing 1 and 
2; left, right will change the width, up/down the high of the Courses.

Back will exit the Plugin.

Some users reported about heavy flickering on some mixed Colors.
