[vdr] change make install to be really useful

Have a look at the SUSE vdr package. It installs headers and
Make.config into /usr/include/vdr. When compiling plugins you have
to use "make VDRDIR=/usr/include/vdr LIBDIR=/usr/lib/vdr all".
