[vdr] Undelete support for cRecordings

Hi there, 

I improved extrec-plugin with  undelete functionality. 
The origin undelete seem so slow and overfeatured. 

@ KLS could  implenent this little API enhancement to vdr-core?

there is also set default copy constr to private for save.
