Do you mean Configurablelnbshare? (http://www.linuxtv.org/vdrwiki/index.php/Configurablelnbshare) 
If yes, I have patch for 1.5.10 and I will send it to you at evening after tests.

And I also wan't to know about plans to nativly support.
