The original author doesn't work on the plugin anymore, that's why it has
a new home now:

You can use the projects issue tracker to send trnaslations, patches or
whatever (no registration is required - but with registration you get
email notifications about your issues).

You can also use the public Git repository:

git://projects.vdr-developer.org/vdr-plugin-osdteletext.git

For OSDTeletext Davida Cavalca already provided a new translation, which
slightly differs from yours. Please have a look at it and post a patch or
updated *.po to the projects issue tracker if required.
